A recent study reveals that credit card companies discriminate against
African-Americans.
The study exposes significant differences in the amount of credit offered by
credit card companies to applicants living in predominantly Black versus White neighborhoods.
In other words, credit card companies will give credit cards with lower credit
limits to black applicants living in predominantly Black neighborhoods
than they will give to equally qualified white applicants living in predominantly
White neighborhoods. This process is known as Redlining.
We are investigating this issue. If you are African-American and believe that your credit card carries a lower available credit limit than similarly qualified Caucasians, please
