I have sent the correction actions to Home Eq for 2 straight months, and they still have not removed the bankruptcy that is listed on my credit report. I have tried to talk with someone at Home Eq and they just tell me that the department that handles that does not take phone calls, so you must fax or mail your request. Again they still have not yet answered me or contacted me. According to my credit report I have claimed bankruptcy on the house and have not made payments, which is untrue. This is ridiculous and cannot do anything to help from them ruining my credit.

WE MADE PAYMENT AGREEMENTS WITH HOMEQ TO BE ON A REPAYMENT PLAN SO THAT WE COULD GET OUR MTG CAUGHT UP. NOW IT IS HARD FOR US TO REFINANACE OR TRY TO GET ANOTHER LOAN. THEY DIDN`T EVEN REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU THAT WE ON A REPAYMENT PLAN.
